Proximity to so many things. Great front desk staff.
A bit outdated and some areas were in need of repair.

Everything was fantastic and the staff were professional and helpful. The service was friendly during my stay. The pool on the premises was clean. The hotel was in an unbeatable location just off Close to airport, Lexington for the 90th birthday party of a sister and restaurants and entertainment.

We liked the staff, especially Lori Ann, breakfast server, very helpful and friendly. Also Mandy at the front desk provided good sightseeing info and directions. Location to Lexington & Keenland was great. Room was neat and clean good wifi connection. Try Bru pubBurger next door, food is delish
The mattresses at Hamptons are always wonderful, HOWEVER, the nice comforter was washed and dried so the filling inside was in big balls within the comforter, and was all lumpy and heavy lying on top of your body.

The location here was really convenient, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We were just a stone's throw away from restaurants, downtown, and the venue for my sister, sister-in-law, and Aunt's 90th birthday bash! 🎉 It made everything super easy and stress-free.

Close proximity to Keeneland which was the point of the trip. Easy access from I-75 (via Newton Pike and New Circle Rd.) The breakfast choices were VERY nice. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was adequate if not fancy. The club chair and ottoman are better than in many standard rooms. Grab bar in shower (but no anti-slip devices on floor of tub).
Although free, the WiFi was really a problem. I kept getting bumped off and had to reconnect multiple times. I am not a Hilton Honors member - maybe that one works better. It was a little hard to find - many hotels in the same area as well as a shopping center.

I liked the hotel overall. Particularly good breakfasts with hot omelets, waffle iron plus waffles, everyone could try something new. I had a nice size and perfect room to myself with 2 queen beds, showers. Very very helpful and extremely friendly staff, they had a shuttle to airport. The location of the property was magnificent and absolutely perfect, wonderful to use after a day of sightseeing. Also, Wellington Park was 2 miles away.

What a pleasant place to stay.staff was so helpful and eager to make our trip enjoyable.
